SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PetPlayShop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. 
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 18 business days (depending on your location).
- Delivery Target Countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries.

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or global logistics congestion.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your order directly through our "Track Your Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PetPlayshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most pet toy shipments, customs fees rarely apply.

5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at petplayshop0@gmail.com with photos or videos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
